When my daughter ran away, my whole world stopped. The shock, worry and pain was unbearable. At that moment I realized I knew nothing about my daughter’s friends, I didn’t know where to look or who to call. After driving in circles, all I did was just sit at home crying waiting for a phone call. My mother-in-law referred me to Vegas Angels, a non-profit organization that helps find missing people. I contacted Mlynn and the team, and they immediately started to work. They got all the information needed with pictures to get the missing person flyers done within a couple of hours. The group went out to the areas where we believed my daughter was and passed out the flyers and asked so many people if they saw her. They told me what I needed to do first which gave me some sense of purpose. They created a chat for us to communicate for any updates and questions we had. They were available 24 hours a day, every day until my daughter was found. Vegas Angels are very professional, and they know what they are doing. The moment my daughter called me; I recorded the conversation. I was so upset I didn’t realize that the conversation had clues to her whereabouts. I had the team listen and they pointed out key words and we realized what area she was in. With the flyers they created and because we had it posted everywhere is how we found her.  I can tell you that if it wasn’t for Vegas Angel’s I would not have found my daughter. Hello, families in search of a loved one and readers.   I would like to tell you all about my experience with the Vegas Angels. The name alone speaks for itself- these group of women are truly remarkable. They’re patient and understanding during this difficult time. These group of women have dedicated everyday for the past few weeks to helping us find our loved one without asking for anything in return. They never once judged us nor the situation. They investigated everything thoroughly. They’ve helped us when the detectives couldn’t. They did foot work and posted fliers. They helped connect us to news outlets and helped us spread word about our loved one. They treated us like family and moved as if they would with their own. This is an amazing organization. These women are phenomenal, dedicated, and passionate - truly a blessing . All I can say is trust the process and have faith. I truly hope that everyone has the same success story that we had when we found our loved one❤️ - Essence

I would love to give a huge recognition to Vegas Angels for helping us every step of the way when my sister in law went missing. Their contacts, connections and efforts helped us in more ways than I can say. My sister in law is an adult, but suffers from health conditions that make it difficult to separate reality from her mind playing tricks. Due to her being an adult, police were very limited on ways they can help search for her. Vegas Angels were available immediately and as needed thru the entire way. I can’t think of anyone else I would put the trust of a loved one.

 Mi nombre es Felix, soy papa de dos hijos, Diego y Owen. Diego es el mas grande y fue secuestrado por su propia tia. Gracias a Mlynn y su equipo, me apoyaron en todo y estoy muy agradecido por todo el apoyo. Pude recuperar a mi hijo y ellos estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo de mi hijo. Hola mi nombre es Gisela, yo solo quiero compartir como fue que ayudaron a encontrar a mi hijo. 

El Jueves 15 de Julio de 2021, mi hijo se fue de la casa, cuando entré a su cuarto y vi que no estaban sus cosas supe que él se había ido.. entonces lo reporte a la policía y solo ése día vinieron, tuve mucha angustia por mi hijo ya que solo el Viernes respondió algunos mensajes y ya después no 😔 ya no supe Nada él.  Yo salía a buscarlo, pedí a los vecinos que tenían cámaras que si me las podían mostrar y solo algunos si me ayudaron.. otros No. Por medio de una cámara supe el momento y la hora que el se fue 😔. 

Es algo indescriptible el sufrimiento que vive uno de pensar que ya no lo va a ver. 

Hice muchas llamadas a la policía pero en verdad NO ayudaron, ellos solo hacen su reporte y ya no regresan. Hasta que una vez puse una foto de mi hijo en Facebook y alguien comentó que había unas personas que me podían ayudar a encontrar a mi hijo, que ya lo habían echo con otros y pues yo comencé a mandar mensajes porque solo quería encontrar a mi hijo.

Pasa que la persona con la que mensajeaba me hacía muchas preguntas y hubo un momento que dudé y ya no respondí, pensé que solo querían saber cosas y pasó un día tal vez y yo sin encontrar a mi hijo.  Volví a responder los mensajes y les comenté que el teléfono de mi hijo estaba prendido.. así seguimos en contacto.  También les pasé mi número de teléfono, y hasta que una tarde esa persona Mlynn me comenzó a enviar mensajes diciéndome que estaba en comunicación con mi hijo, y no sé qué tanto habló con él pero lo que yo esperaba pasó!!!! 

Él al poco tiempo pasó una dirección a Mlynn diciendo que a cierta hora pasará a recogerlo.. hasta el día de hoy mi hijo está con migo 💗

Y en verdad siempre estaré agradecida con Dios y con Mlynn.. Sé que aveces no es fácil confiar y creer en personas que no conocemos,  pero en lo que a mí me pasó, ahora se que en verdad ayudan.. solo quería compartirles. Gracias!!!

I contacted Vegas Angels on August 7th I didn’t expect such a fast response because it was late but Teresa responded quickly. The next morning was Sunday by noon they had a group message going and had already located my son . By Monday afternoon I had my son back home because I was able to locate him with the information they gave me. I’m forever grateful for this group of amazing ladies. Thank you again for helping bring my son home.

I want to thank Vegas Angels for everything they did for my son and my family. I have never met a stronger group of women, they put their own lives on hold in order to assist us in the process of finding Chase.  They each have jobs, families and responsibilities and yet they did not hesitate to put all of that on hold to do what they did. There are no words, amount of money or thanks that I can offer to them to compensate for their efforts.   They work tirelessly trying to reunite my family and constantly reassured me everything would be ok.   I will forever be in your debt and love you always.   So thank you again  and thank you metro who did not write my son off.  You need more funding and staffing in order to be able to locate these children and I pray that you get it.  If there is anything I can ever do to help another family  in this situation please do it hesitate to ask.  I am extremely grateful. 

This journey has been a long one that is still ongoing. Luckily, along the way, Angels were sent to us….

My name is Jerome Junior. On July 25, 2022, my daughter ran away from her grandparents’ home. Over the next 3 weeks, she was running from one friend’s house to another. After the first couple days, my wife located a Facebook group dedicated to finding missing persons in the community. Upon waiting for proper communication from the Missing Persons detective, Sarah also connected us with the Vegas Angels Non-Profit Organization. Now we all hear about the angels in the sky but these Angels are all about the groundwork. My daughter’s situation was definitely a long & tiresome one but these women show no sign of forfeit. Mlynn, Maggie, & Teresa spent night & day, for the entirety of this duration, posting flyers, knocking on doors, talking to any & everybody they could to get privy to my child’s whereabouts.  Finding leads then losing them. None of that deterred them from the mission. FIND HER!! BRING HER HOME!! & that’s exactly what they did. Into the last week of this segment, the Angels were up on their biggest lead. A young man that my daughter met in behavioral school offered her his mother’s home as a place to hide. Due to the Angels’ belief that my daughter was, in fact, in that house, they decided to stakeout the area for the next few days. After 3 days (also working other cases & moving through different locations) they spotted her hanging out at a park near the boy’s home. The Angels called the authorities & waited. Keeping a close eye on her movements, they waited. & waited. The police had still not arrived, so the Angels contacted me to let me know they had her in sight & needed me to get there before she was gone again. Eventually, my child began to make her way back to the boy’s house. The Angels stayed close. They alerted the security of the housing community. I had just arrived to the area & received another call that my daughter was headed toward the back gate of the community. Lo & behold, there she was, walking out of the complex as if finally reaching her escape. Until me. Seeing me, her jaw dropped. Her body molded to defeat. She tried to walk away & yell to cause a scene. I just grabbed her, held her down through all the kicking & screaming until she broke into tears. Tired. Hungry. Lost. But safe again. For the moment. & all thanks to the unstoppable drive of the Vegas Angels. There is no quit & I thank you women from the deepest depths of my heart & soul. 

Again… Sarah, although not a member of the Vegas Angels Non-Profit, I am forever grateful for you leading us in the right direction. Love you girl!!

These lovely ladies jumped in to help me without a second guess. Without them I think the lady I don't know how long it would have taken for my son to be found safe and healthy. They are the best."
